Takes is a crowd-decision platform where users post two-sided questions and the community votes. It is currently a prototype. Data is stored locally in your browser and may be reset or lost.
You are responsible for everything you post. By posting, you grant Takes a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display your content on the platform. You keep ownership of what you post.
You must not post content that is:
Usernames that impersonate public figures, brands, or staff are blocked. Takes reserves the right to reclaim any username that violates these terms.
We may remove content or disable access at any time if we believe it violates these Terms or our Community Guidelines.
Takes is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service. Takes is a prototype and may be unavailable or lose data at any time.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of Takes after changes means you accept the new Terms.
